We aren't your usual AD, purchase history NOT required. The warranty is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorised Tissot sales or services agents, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. All types of damage indirectly related or consequential to normal wear and tear of the watch, such as non-functioning, defects or inaccuracies of the watch. Wear and tear and normal ageing of the watch (scratched glass, impact on the case.) - All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided. Please note Tissot's warranty is not applicable in the following cases: - Theft, loss. Tissot will replace free of charge any defective components due to a manufacturing error found by their workshop. Tissot's warranty covers all manufacturing defects occurring during normal use, as described in their warranty conditions. Every Tissot watch comes with an international manufacturer’s warranty of two years.
